OCEANSIDE–Two men were arrested in connection with the allegedly death of an Oceanside teen October 21, authorities say.
Oceanside police detectives arrested 21-year-old Cesar Robles and 37-year-old Coryell Taylor. Both men reside in Oceanside. They were taken into custody without incident and booked for homicide.
The victim, identified as 17-year-old Alan Sandoval, was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. His two companions were also assaulted however suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators determined Sandoval was with two friends when the assault took place. Two suspects approached the group and after a verbal confrontation, the victims were stabbed multiple times. The suspects then fled on foot.
Oceanside police continues to investigate this case.
