Suspect in murder

Unidentified murder suspect 

SAN DIEGO–Crime Stoppers and the San Diego police  are asking for the public to help locate and identify an unknown suspect wanted for homicide.

On May 9,  at about 11:30 a.m., an unknown male suspect walked into the Official Cutz Barber Shop, located at 5404 Redwood Street in San Diego, and shot Lamar Canady. The suspect was last seen running from the barber shop. Officers and paramedics responded to the scene; however Canady had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect was caught on surveillance cameras. The suspect is described as a black male, mid 20’s, thin build, wearing a gray baseball style hat, a dark colored t-shirt with “A Eagle” written on the front, dark colored pants, and white tennis shoes.

The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
