SAN DIEGO–U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials are advising travelers of construction activity in the southbound pedestrian walkway at the San Ysidro port of entry.
Construction activity will begin on Monday, Feb. 10, during the daylight hours and is scheduled to be completed on Feb. 13.
Border Protection officials anticipate the construction will have minimal impact to pedestrians headed southbound to Mexico. Travelers do not have to change their route; construction employees will be on-site to guide them as needed.
