LA MESA–Lifeguards recovered Sunday a body from Lake Murray Reservoir in La Mesa.
The body was discovered shortly before 1 p.m. in the lake, located in the 5500 block of Kiowa Drive, within the boundary of Mission Trails Regional Park.
Authorities notified the San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office to take possession of the body.
The identity or gender of the body has not been released.
