RAMONA–Sheriff’s homicide detectives arrested and charged a man with the alleged murder of a man at a liquor store in Romona.
Deputies arrested Jarrett Wishnick for the murder of the Steven Faught Thursday at the Stage Stop Liquor. Both men are Ramona residents. Wishnick is in custody at the Sheriff’s Vista Detention Facility where he has been booked on one count of murder.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office is currently conducting the autopsy. The cause and manner of death has not yet been determined.
