FALLBROOK–Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man at a local nursery in connection with the suspicious death of a Fallbrook woman, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Deputies received a call, shortly after 4 p.m. on Saturday, of a suspicious person at the Colorspot Nursery in Fallbrook.
Deputies located the suspect at the nursery and he was contacted by a Sheriff’s K9. The suspect, Oscar Rodas sustained injuries to his leg and was treated at a local hospital. Once cleared for booking, Rodas will be transported to the San Diego Central Jail and booked for one count of murder.
Oscar Rodas is accused in the murder of Yesenia Becerril in Fallbrook on November 1.
