Camp Pendleton, CA–Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth are scheduled to attend the U.S. Marine Corps’ 250th anniversary celebration at Camp Pendleton on Saturday.
They will join Secretary of the Navy John Phelan and Marine Corps Commandant General Eric Smith at the milestone event, according to organizers from Marines250.
Hundreds of service members, veterans, military families, and distinguished guests are expected to take part in the commemoration.
The celebration will include a live amphibious assault demonstration, a review of amphibious strength, and additional activities honoring the Marine Corps’ legacy of service from sea to shore.
