Update! Oceanside Police Department located the toddler’s parents.
Oceanside, CA–The Oceanside Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating the parent or guardian of a young child found wandering in the city early Friday morning, authorities said.
The child, a Hispanic male approximately 2 years old, was discovered near the intersection of South Coast Highway and Kelly Street. Authorities say the toddler has dark hair and was found wearing only a t-shirt, with no pants or diaper.
Anyone with information about the child or his parent or guardian is urged to contact the Oceanside Police Department immediately at (760) 435-4900.
