San Diego, CA–WildBrain’s Strawberry Shortcake is partnering with The Animal Pad, a San Diego-based all-breed dog rescue, to host the Purrfect Pets Pawp-Up, a one-day pet adoption event designed to help rescue animals find their “furever” homes.
The free, family-friendly event will be held July 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Malibu Farm San Diego in Seaport Village during San Diego Comic-Con. Guests are invited to bring their own pets and enjoy a “berry sweet” afternoon featuring fun activities and opportunities to meet adoptable animals.
Activities include:
● Meet-and-greets with the Strawberry Shortcake mascot
● Opportunities to meet adoptable rescue dogs
● Picture-purrfect photo opps
● Exclusive surprise giveaways
● Signature treats, including pet-friendly “pupcakes” from Magnolia Bakery
● Strawberry Shortcake-themed activities
● Additional sweet surprises for guests and their pets
Malibu Farms San Diego is located in Seaport Village, 831 West Harbor Drive in downtown San Diego.
The Purrfect Pets Pawp-Up kicks off the launch of Strawberry Shortcake’s new year-long campaign spotlighting the beloved pets of Strawberry and her Berry Besties. During the PurrfectPets campaign, the brand will be expanding their pet accessories collection.
