San Diego, CA–The City of San Diego has released the official list of qualified candidates for the Municipal Primary Election scheduled for June 2.
The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes in the primary will advance to the General Municipal Election on November 3.
According to the City of San Diego, the candidates qualified for the ballot through a random draw.
Office of Council District 2: Mandy Havlik, Richard Bailey, Paul Suppa, Josh Coyne, Jacob Mitchell, Mike Rickey, and Nicole Crosby.
Office of Council District 4: Johnny Lee Dang, Henry Foster III, and Martha Abraham.
Office of Council District 6: Mark Powell and Kent Lee.
Office of Council District 8: Rafael Perez, Antonio Martinez, Gerardo Ramirez, and Venus Molina.
