OCEANSIDE–Detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a woman found unresponsive Tuesday afternoon at a residence in Oceanside.
Oceanside police officers responded to a report at 4:30 p.m. of a non-breather in the 4500 block Anne Sladon Street.
A 57-year-old female victim was reported not breathing by her 31-year-old son and caretaker. Police and fire department personnel provided CPR but were unable to revive the victim. The victim showed some signs of trauma to her body and was released to the San Diego County Coroner to determine cause of death. The son was transported to the Oceanside Police Department for further investigation.
