SANTA MONICA–The latest performers for the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast were announced today and they include: seven-time GRAMMY winner Madonna; nominees Billie Joe Armstrong (of Green Day) and Miranda Lambert in a special In Memoriam tribute to Phil Everly; Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue; and rapper and Academy Award winner Juicy J.
Actor Steve Coogan, actor Jeremy Renner, Academy Award winner Julia Roberts, and current nominee Charlie Wilson are set to present. Two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J returns as host of the show.
Five-time GRAMMY winner Billie Joe Armstrong and GRAMMY winner Miranda Lambert each have a nomination: Armstrong is nominated for Best Music Film (as a member of Green Day) for ¡Cuatro!; Lambert has a nod in Best Country Solo Performance for “Mama’s Broken Heart.”

The music industry’s premier event will take place live this Sunday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast on the CBS Television Network from 8 to 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
