San Diego, CA–An investigation is underway Tuesday after a train struck a pedestrian at a transit station in San Diego, authorities said.
Deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Transit Enforcement Unit responded to a report of a pedestrian who was struck by a northbound Coaster train around 7:48 p.m. at the Old Town Transit Station.
The victim was transported to UCSD Hillcrest to be treated for his injuries.
