Oceanside, CA–Oceanside police are searching for an armed suspect accused of stabbing a man in an industrial area Friday morning in Oceanside.
Officers responded to a report at 9:02 a.m. of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of Via Del Norte. They located a man suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital.
The suspect is a White or Hispanic male adult, 5 feet, 8 to 6 inches tall with a bald head covered in tattoos. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black shorts, and black Puma shoes traveling on a skateboard.
The stabbing is believed to be an isolated incident, Oceanside police said.
Officers used air support to assist in the search for the suspect.
