Fallbrook, CA–Detectives with the Fallbrook Area Detective Unit, working alongside the Sheriff’s Crime Suppression Team, executed a search warrant Thursday morning that led to the recovery of stolen property, firearms, ammunition, and narcotics.
Deputies served the warrant on August 14 at a residence on the 700 block of Stewart Canyon Road after investigative leads tied the location to recent thefts of solar equipment and surveillance devices.
Inside the home, investigators seized three solar panel lights, a game camera, and a solar panel—all of which were confirmed stolen. Authorities also discovered two loaded handguns, a high-capacity pistol magazine, more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition, and about an ounce of methamphetamine.
Five people were detained at the scene, including William Wallace, 46, and Isabel Wallace, 30, who were arrested and booked into Vista Detention Facility. Both face multiple felony charges, including possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and possession of loaded firearms.
The couple’s child and two additional adults were also present but were not taken into custody.
The investigation is ongoing as deputies continue to search for additional stolen items and possible suspects.
