San Diego, CA–Several local parent advocacy groups will hold a rally Saturday morning to protest California laws that remove parental rights at public schools in San Diego County.
The groups participating in the rally include Taxpayer’s Oversight for Parents and Students of San Dieguito Union High School District, Carlsbad Citizens for Community Oversight, Asian Parents Alliance of San Diego, Oceanside Rebels in the Park, So. Cal Parents Advocates, Mom’s and Dad’s Army, Turning Point San Diego, and S.T.O.R.M. San Diego.
In a released statement, organizers said “Taxpayers and families are fed up with California laws allowing indoctrination, exploitation and sexualization of children in public schools by removing parents, guardians and local school board rights.”
The rally will be held at a park in San Diego (location to be disclosed to registered attendees prior to the event).
