PotterLOS ANGELES–CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced the world premiere of The Harry Potter Film Concert Series, a new concert tour celebrating the Harry Potter films. The tour will feature Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and will kick off this summer, travelling to destinations across North America.

The world premiere will take place on June 23 at The Mann Center with the Philadelphia Orchestra performing.  Soon thereafter the tour will appear with such orchestras as the San Diego Symphony, Nashville Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Grand Rapids Pops and Symphony Silicon Valley.

The tour will feature a live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.  Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the orchestra perform John Williams’ unforgettable score.
