“District Attorney Summer Stephan has devoted her life to protecting children, families and to providing justice to the most vulnerable,” said Assistant District Attorney Dwain Woodley, who introduced DA Stephan at the event. “I saw firsthand her extraordinary contributions, leadership, and accomplishments as the DA before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The amount of thought and leadership that goes into every decision she makes is truly inspirational and I can think of no one who is better suited for this award.”
