San Diego, CA–The FACE Foundation’s 14th annual Dog-Friendly Golf Tournament, held on October 13, drew enthusiastic participants and raised more than $160,000 to support the organization’s lifesaving efforts for pets in need.
The event combined a day of golf with an evening dinner program that featured an awards ceremony, a presentation by a FACE grantee, and both silent and live auctions. Among the auction items were exclusive experiences generously donated by FACE supporters and animal lovers.
Organizers expressed deep gratitude to everyone who attended, donated, and volunteered.
“This event wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our community, tournament committee, and volunteers,” FACE representatives stated in a news release.
Proceeds from the tournament will help provide financial assistance for pet owners who cannot afford emergency veterinary care.
