OCEANSIDE–Detectives are investigating a shooting incident Thursday that left a man critically injured in Oceanside.
Approximately at 3:15 p.m., Oceanside police officers were dispatched to 3300 block of East Tropicana Drive in regards to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 19 year old male victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper torso. The victim was later flown to the hospital in stable condition.
There is no suspect description, however the suspect was seen fleeing in a white four-door sedan (possible Honda). The vehicle was last seen westbound on East Tropicana Drive, according to the Oceanside police department.
