ENCINITAS–Sheriff’s department investigators are searching for the identities of two men who burglarized a pet clinic March 21 in Encinitas.
The burglary occurred just after 5 a.m. at the Pacific Coast Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery in the 500 block of Saxony Place. Two men were seen on surveillance cameras breaking the glass door of the business and stealing two Apple computers.
The alarm sounded during the burglary, causing one of the men to drop a machine used for analyzing blood. Loss and damage to the business is estimated at more than $34,000.
The first suspect is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years of age. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and a black beanie. The second suspect is described as a white male, between 23 and 28 years of age. He appears unshaven. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, plaid jacket and dark‐colored jeans.
