VISTA–Family Fit and Fun Expo kicked off Sunday with interactive activities for the whole family and displays from local health care providers.
Formerly known as Vista’s Health and Safety Day, the event featured boot camp workouts, demonstrations in Irish traditional dance, yoga, Zumba, martial arts, and free health screenings from Vista Community Clinic.
