UPDATE: Phoenix Rachel has been found safe, according to San Diego Police Department.
San Diego, CA–The San Diego Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing at-risk 19-year-old man.
According to police, Phoenix Rachel went missing around 9:30 p.m. near 7000 Attleborough Court in San Diego on Friday.
Rachel is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Information on clothing was not available.
