SAN DIEGO–Detectives continue to look for leads to help locate a missing San Diego man who was last seen April 27.
Paul Bassett, 26, was last seen last month at approximately 6:35 p.m. while a patron of a business located within the Mission Valley Mall in San Diego. Bassett last spoke with his wife on the telephone at approximately 5 p.m. advising he would be home by 6 p.m. He never returned home and has not been in contact with his family.
On April 28, Bassett’s vehicle was found abandoned in Tijuana, Mexico. Police suspect he may be suffering from depression and/or other medical issues.
Bassett is a white male, six feet, three inches tall, 220 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a baseball style cap, a Seattle Seahawks shirt, and black basketball style shorts. He was driving a red, four-door 2011 Honda Accord with the CA license plate number 4PZV632.
