OCEANSIDE–The Oceanside Public Library’s No Participation Required monthly informational series continue with a presentation by comparative politics and international relations expert Dr. Gary Castaneda.
Dr. Castaneda will discuss the political economy of Mexico and Latin America at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the second floor Foundation Room. He will speak about current and past Immigration and Immigration Reform Issues. He has served as an adjunct Political Science Professor and lecturer at all of the Colleges and Universities in the Greater San Diego area. This semester you can find him at MiraCosta College, Palomar, and San Diego City Colleges.
No Participation Required is a free series that brings educational and lectures to the Oceanside community. The library incorporates local interest and current events with area experts to create dialogue in the community. This free series is sponsored by The Friends of the Oceanside Public Library.
