ENCINITAS–Bellwether is the pet of the week at Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 3-year-old, 60 pounds, female, Shepherd mix.
She was a stray in Riverside County before being caught then transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the FOCAS program. She’s an active dog who really loves people and can be selective about her dog friends.
The $145 adoption fee for Bellwether includes medical exam, spay, up to date vaccinations, registered microchip, and a one-year license if her new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society’s Department of Animal Services.
