ENCINITAS–Rancho Coastal Humane Society is seeking photos of quarantined pets for their QuaranTails photo contest.
Participants can enter a photo of their pet anytime from now through Monday, May11 at 9 p.m. There’s no fee to enter.
For one dollar a vote the public can vote as many times as they want for their favorite pet photo.
“As many of us are working or sheltering at home, we’re finding that our new co-workers have paws and tails! We know you’ve got a ‘QuaranTail’ to share,” says Judi Sanzo, President of Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. “How has your pet made life better, easier, or maybe even a little trickier during this ‘stay-at-home’ challenge?”
Categories include: Best Loungewear (Week 1 – announced April 20), Biggest Heart – The participant who donates the most by voting (Week 2 – announced April 27), Best Pet-Owner Look-Alike Photo (Week 3 – announced May 4), Best Overall QuaranTails Photo – Top Vote Getter (announced May 12), and Best Overall QuaranTails Photo – Judge’s Choice (announced May 12).
Proceeds from the photo contest benefits Rancho Coastal Humane Society’s programs for people and pets.
