SOLANA BEACH–A 37-year-old woman was arrested Friday afternoon in connection with the murder of a man at a home in Solana Beach, the San Diego Sheriff’s Department said Saturday.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Nardo Avenue to check the welfare of an adult male. Due to the circumstances, Sheriff’s Department detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and found the body of a man.
Detectives arrested a woman who lives at the residence, Jade Sasha Janks, for the murder of the victim. She was booked into Vista Detention Facility for one count of murder.
The identity of the victim is known to investigators; however, his name is being withheld pending family notification.
