CARLSBAD–A 42-year-old man Monday was found deceased by his wife in an outbuilding on their property in the 2300 block of Tierra Heights Road in Boulevard.
Sheriff’s deputies say Frank Caruso had suffered head trauma. The Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to verify the cause of death.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Detail and personnel from the Sheriff’s Crime Laboratory are conducting the investigation.
