Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, CA–Multiple firefighters are battling a wildfire that broke out at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Thursday afternoon, fire officials said.
Cal Fire responded to reports of the blaze burning in the Great Southern Overland in Agua Caliente.
The blaze, dubbed the Great 3 Fire, has burned 185 acres with 25% containment, Cal Fire posted on their website.
Multiple firefighting air tankers throughout California are flying fire suppression missions as conditions allow.
According to Cal Fire, no structures were threatened or damaged. There were no reports of injuries to fire crews, although one civilian was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
