Oceanside, CA–Two men were arrested on suspicion of stabbing two people during an altercation at Pacific Harbor Campground in Oceanside early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The Oceanside Police Department received reports around 2:15 a.m. of a stabbing at the campground at 1450 North Pacific Street.
When officers arrived on the scene, they located a Hispanic female adult lying on the ground, bleeding from her head, and a Hispanic male juvenile suffering from a minor stab wound to the back and multiple abrasions. Both victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Oceanside Police Department, witnesses provided video of the incident. Based on the videos, two suspects were arrested.
The suspects, 30-year-old Jose Luis Talavera Galopino 21-year-old, and Jocelyn Ignacio were booked into jail for assault with a deadly weapon.
