SPRING VALLEY–An adult male found shot in the parking lot of an illegal marijuana dispensary on February 2 has died, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said.
The male succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at a local area hospital on Wednesday.
The Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy and has identified the victim as 37-year-old Jerome Francois Turley, of San Diego. The preliminary cause of death is gunshot wound and the manner of death is homicide.
