SAN DIEGO–Authorities Thursday released the name of a man found dead this week in his home in Sunset Cliffs.
The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Trevor Tice, according to San Diego police homicide detectives.
On Monday, just after 12 p.m., San Diego Police Communications Center received a call to check the welfare of the resident in the 900 block of Cornish Drive.
When police officers arrived on scene, they found a deceased adult white male inside the residence. Due to suspicious circumstances related to the death of the male, Homicide detectives were called to the scene to investigate the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
