On June 4, a plate glass window at the newly opened “Bliss Tea & Treats” located at 301 Mission Avenue in Oceanside was shattered at around 7:10 p.m.

The owner of the business had placed signage in the window that read, “Black Owned, We Stand With You.”

The suspect drove by and shot out the window with a pellet gun causing over $1,800.00 in damages. Surveillance video led detectives to identifying the vehicle used in the crime and eventually to the suspect.
