Oceanside, CA–A 16-month-old boy was struck and killed in a vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon in Oceanside, authorities said.
Oceanside police officers responded to calls of a white Ford F-150 truck that struck a child at around 3:39 p.m. in the 3200 block of San Tomas Drive.
