San Diego, CA–The San Diego Police Department is searching for a suspect in connection with an attempted kidnapping outside a Target store in Mission Valley, authorities said.
On Tuesday, officers received a report of the incident around 1:46 p.m. at the retailer’s parking lot.
According to authorities, the suspect approached the victim from behind and grabbed her by the shoulders.
The suspect’s age ranges from 30 to 40, with shoulder-length, slicked-back hair. He is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was last seen on Camino Del Rio North, wearing a mint green shirt and gray sweatpants.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to come forward as the investigation continues.
