He’s a 1-1/2 year old, 50 pound, male, Black Mouth Cur mix.
Rover is a goofy guy who charms everyone he meets. He needs an energetic family. He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from a Texas shelter through the FOCAS program.
The $145 adoption fee for Rover includes medical exams, vaccinations, neuter, and registered microchip.
