Encinitas, CA–Chesternut is the featured pet of the week at Rancho Coastal Humane Society.
This energetic 1-1/2-year-old, 37-pound terrier mix pup was surrendered to a shelter in the Imperial Valley before finding his way to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters. He is described as fun-loving and active, requiring both physical and mental exercise.
Chestnut’s $145 adoption fee includes a medical exam, neuter procedure, up-to-date vaccinations, a registered microchip, and a one-year license if his new home falls under the jurisdiction of the San Diego Humane Society.
