Dana Point, CA–Orange County Sheriff investigators arrested a San Diego man on Wednesday on suspicion of homicide in connection with a physical altercation at a pizza restaurant in Dana Point. 

The man involved in the fight was identified as 20-year-old Jack Issacson. Authorities booked him into Orange County Jail on suspicion of homicide.

On March 17, Sheriff’s deputies received a call around 7 p.m. about two men engaged in a physical fight at Beach Harbor Pizza. One of the men, 38-year-old Michael Terry, of Laguna Niguel suffered a serious injury and was transported to the hospital. He died the next day around 10 a.m. The other involved person, described as a white man in his 30s, left the restaurant prior to deputies’ arrival. It is unclear whether the two men knew one another before the altercation, authorities said in a news release.
