Costco is recalling select packages of its Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze due to a potential salmonella risk linked to an ingredient supplied by Griffith Foods Incorporated, the company announced.
The affected product, sold under item number 30783, was available for purchase between March 2 and March 13.
According to the recall notice, the impacted items carry sell-by dates ranging from March 5 through March 16 and were distributed at Costco warehouses across multiple states, including California, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, and Pennsylvania, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Customers who purchased the product during the specified timeframe are advised not to consume it. They can return the product to their local Costco for a full refund.
