SAN DIEGO–Crime Stoppers is working with the U.S. Marshal’s Office to locate and apprehend Robert Kyle James.
Robert Kyle James, 29, is wanted for a federal probation violation. James is on federal probation for a May 2009 bank robbery in which he robbed a Citibank branch located at 13408 Poway Road in Poway. James’s criminal history includes drug possession, battery, smuggling marijuana and possession with intent to distribute synthetic drugs.
Robert Kyle James should be considered armed and dangerous. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes. James has several tattoos to include “100% Peckerwood” on his chest, an iron cross under his right eye, and the word “Truth” on the left side of his neck. He has been known to use make up to cover the tattoos on his face.
