LAKESIDE–Detectives from the Sheriff’s homicide detail and the Lakeside Sheriff’s Substation are investigating the murder of an 84-year-old male in the unincorporated area of El Cajon.
On May 7, deputies received a 911 call at 8:46 p.m. to respond to 255 E. Bradley Avenue #60 to investigate an elderly male with severe injuries. When deputies arrived they found an 84-year-old male deceased in the mobile home located at that address. Deputies observed the victim to have severe trauma to the upper portion of his torso. There are no suspects in custody at this time.
The positive identification of the victim as well as the cause and manner of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
