SAN DIEGO–Hardcore Fitness San Diego will donate $100 for every Padres home run this season to local nonprofit Fresh Start Surgical Gifts to benefit kids with physical deformities.

The campaign has no fundraising limit, and all proceeds will benefit the Fresh Start Medical Program that provides free-of-cost reconstructive surgery for infants, children and teens with physical deformities caused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease.

“Supporting our community and assuring self-confidence is a true dedication of ours,” said Hardcore Fitness Owner and Fresh Start Board Member Tommy Reynolds. “With over 130 games left in the season, we are elated to know our donation will bring medical care and empowerment to families in need.”

Fresh Start has provided over 7,700 children with no-cost surgery and medical care valued at over $40 million since 1991. Fresh Start is unique in that 100 percent of donor contributions goes directly to the medical program.

“The support from companies like Hardcore Fitness is what helps our organization to continue to provide for families in need,” said Fresh Start CEO Shari Brasher. “Every dollar raised this baseball season will help transform the lives of families affected by physical deformities.”
