San Diego, CA–Wheelhouse Credit Union has promoted longtime team member Becky Ramos-Arzola to vice president and chief administrative officer, the organization announced this week.
Ramos-Arzola will oversee human resources, facilities, learning and development, and risk and compliance, ensuring smooth operations across key areas of the credit union.
With more than 28 years at Wheelhouse and over three decades in human resources leadership, Ramos-Arzola has been recognized for her commitment to employee development, organizational culture, and operational excellence. Her background includes expertise in regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and strategic leadership in the financial services sector.

In her new position, Ramos-Arzola will lead strategic initiatives aimed at furthering the credit union’s mission to positively impact its members, employees, community, and the environment. She holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
