Chula Vista, CA–A collection of new tenants have opened and will be coming soon to Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch Town Center, expanding the diverse offerings already available at the regional shopping and entertainment destination.

The center welcomed the first South County location for industry-leading retailer Road Runner Sports, cutting-edge hair color brand Madison Reed, along with other standouts including iconic Filipino bake shop Red Ribbon Bakery and Gracie Barra Jujitsu. Popular athleisure brand Lululemon is also opening a pop-up location in November scheduled to remain through the next year.

The new Otay Ranch Town Center Road Runner Sports is over 3,000 square feet and is the company’s 44th retail location nationwide.

“The opening of our first South Bay store represents an important milestone for our company, allowing us to serve even more consumers right in our own backyard. We are thrilled to expand our local presence and provide the San Diego community access to premium running gear paired with the perfect fitting shoe,” said Road Runner Director of Customer Acquisition Sean Peterson.

On the dining front, full-service Italian eatery Garbatella Osteria Bar will delight diners with unique, authentic cuisine paired with a grab-and-go style Italian market.

Joining Garbatella in the soon-to-open new dining lineup are Vitale Poke Shop and More and Mochinatics (Mochi donuts). Mochinatics feed the mochi-fanatics with colorful donut creations. Their always-changing menu updates weekly with exciting flavors and themes like KitKat, Churro, and Matcha.

A number of new fitness and lifestyle names have recently opened or will in the coming months as well including Eco Chateau Spa and an expansion of the already successful Sola Salons.

“Otay Ranch Town Center has always been, and will continue to be, a vital community hub, offering an excellent selection of amenities and services; these newest offerings continue to round out retail, dining, and lifestyle choices so our customers can continue to shop in their local area,” said Otay Ranch Town Center General Manager Tim Kilcourse.

Otay Ranch Town Center is conveniently located four and a half miles east of Interstate 805 or off the South Bay Expressway State Route 125 in Chula Vista at Eastlake Parkway and Olympic Parkway.
