OCEANSIDE–The North San Diego County NAACP installed new officers April 29 during a inaugural reception at the Civic Center Library Community in downtown Oceanside.
The branch will be led by Dr. Shirley Johnson, president; Betty Williams, first vice president; Milton Taylor, second vice president; Gerald Hampton, secretary; Reginald Owens, assistant secretary; Cynthia Posey, treasurer; and Eric Watson, assistant treasurer.
