SAN DIEGO–A 17 year-old male was stabbed during an altercation Monday afternoon in Rancho San Diego, Sheriff’s department said today.
Investigators say the stabbing took place at the 1000 block of Elkelton Boulevard. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The investigation is on-going.
