SAN DIEGO–Mesa College fashion students and alumni will take the runway to the fair with a “Wonderland Fashion Show.” The fair-themed fashion show is set for 1 to 3 p.m., at the Student Showcase on the first floor, west end of the grandstand on June 26.
Recent fashion graduates and alumni Karen Gamez and Liese Victoria are leading the runway event, three-months in the making.
“Karen and Liese are amazing fashionistas who have organized this fun fashion event for two years in a row,” said Meegan Feori, Mesa College fashion professor. “They are helping our emerging designers and sharing their love for fashion with the community.”
Among the collections are innovative designs created by Mesa College fashion students who received awards at the 35th annual Golden Scissors Fashion Show held earlier this year, and designs from students who produced their own collection.
