UPDATE: Xavier Leonard was found safe.
Lakeside, CA–The Sheriff’s Department’s Search and Rescue team is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Lakeside man with Alzheimer’s.
Xavier Leonard was last seen near 8600 Las Coches Road in Lakeside, according to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department.
He is a black male adult, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark clothing, black glasses, and a black baseball cap.
