Jeremy Green, the suspect in the shooting death of his wife, Tressa, was arrested early Friday morning at the San Ysidro Point of Entry.
SAN YSIDRO–Jeremy Green, the Scripps Ranch suspect accused of fatally shooting his wife Tressa in the parking lot of a business complex, was arrested at the San Ysidro Point of Entry early Friday morning.
Green fled to Mexico after the murder, prompting an international manhunt. San Diego Police detectives were able to track Green to Cancun, Mexico and established communication with him in an attempt to secure his surrender.
On Friday, at approximately 1 a.m., Green was arrested at the San Ysidro Point of Entry. He has been charged with the murder of Tressa Green and booked into County Jail.
